[IMPROVEMENT] Add input terminal for "Formatter" classes to the method "Create FileHandler.vi". The accessor methods are no longer needed. [IMPROVEMENT] Fix the order of "Name" and "Level" terminals for the method "Create UserEventHandler.vi" in class "UserEventHandler". ATTENTION: this change breaks the code, and it's needed to rewire both terminals! [IMPROVEMENT] Complement the functions palette with missing methods.
